You can feel it - your adrenaline is rushing. The sense of excitement all around you is almost muted as you focus on your objective: To win.
I have always loved sports. Growing up I played AYSO soccer and was known as "Thunderfoot" throughout our local league. I could kick harder than anyone else (only because I was basically twice as big as the other 9-year-olds) and be able to transition that success into a traveling "select" league later.
I practiced relentlessly on getting better, every single day. My friends said I was a beast.
I've always loved that term - this idea that we can just go all out on something and become this force of nature. It's something I've held onto my entire life - this question of how can I consistently improve so that when it's time to compete, I'm the unstoppable one?
Release The Beast is my reminder for you that you'll only become great if you're willing to put in the work. You can want it so bad but desire alone isn't enough - you have to match it with actual effort. Nobody became legendary at their craft by accident.
